[bzrtools] import wishlist

Just two quick wishes for the bzr import command:

(1) There should be the ability to preserve permissions/execute bits on
import. An example is ipw3945 sources contain scripts that if not marked
executable will cause the build system to fail. Perhaps this behavior should
be default, too?

(2) The ability to import from stdin or to supply a URL would be great, too.
