[RFC] benchmark display changes

With the current output format for benchmarks, we use 'measured/total'.
Which has some reasonable meaning. However, when tweaking the setup
code, it would be nicer to see 'measured/other'. Also, in general
testing, the 'other' time should not change. So if it does, it might be
a good indication that something else is changing causing the results to
vary.
Also 'measured/other' would let you see if the setup time changed
inbetween tests that use the same setup routine.
So right now, I would prefer seeing: measured/other
We could also do: measured/other/total
But that starts to take up a lot of space.
It isn't like this is critical, but I've found in my personal use I
usually have been mentally subtracting the numbers more often than I
find 'total' to be useful.
