Bzr error

I was able to reproduce this by using 'bzr annotate' on an empty file.
(The file must be committed first).

Steps to reproduce:

$ bzr init
$ touch bar
$ bzr add bar
$ bzr commit -m bar
$ bzr annotate bar

I filed a bug here:
https://launchpad.net/products/bzr/+bug/56814

The bug is easy to fix, but isn't critical either. Probabbly one of
those post-freeze bugfixes while we can't work on any real core changes :)
