I guess I do a lot of stuff, and don't remember everything. :)

I'll just update it with the content of NEWS, then. I kind of remember
doing that.

Also, I believe the plan is to have a 'doc.bazaar-vcs.org/current/*'
location where all of the docs are uploaded after being converted to
html. Alexander has a patch to make creating the docs easier, and Martin
requested I use that sort of URL in my own documentation updates.

(Moin prefers to own the whole namespace, so we use another namespace
for docs generated from source)
