IRC logs

A while ago, while cleaning up the wiki, I came across:

http://bazaar-vcs.org/BzrSupport?action=recall&rev=29

Which had jblack as an ambassador, and keeping a live irclog of the #bzr
channel. I asked him, and he said he is no longer doing that, and we
should have someone else take over.

I'm not sure what to do about Ambassadors, but I've already started
hosting a live irclog on my website here:

http://bzr.arbash-meinel.com/irc_log/bzr/

Wouter van Heyst was kind enough to give me a backlog from 2005-11.

I think it would be nice to have this archived to a more official
location. So that it can be referred to in email, just like the mailing
list archive.

I could hack something about uploading it into the wiki. And if we were
really nice we could add links in the wiki to it, so people could
summarize a particularly important irc log.

At this point, I just wanted a full log so that I can always have a
traceback to read in case I miss something. Any ideas about what could
be done to make it a more official irc log, rather than just something
that sits on my home server?
