BRANCH.todo is not empty in bzr.dev

Even more, it is actually already done :)

And both of them were caused from merges from me. And both were merged
from the same branch. Obviously I didn't clean out my BRANCH.TODO when I
should have.

I know I'm guilty of not paying enough attention to NEWS/TODO/etc,
instead relying on the bug tracker, and the version control system itself.

Thanks for the heads up, though. I cleaned it up and submitted it.
