goals for 0.10 development

I also still miss the "+/-" lines summary in 'cvs log'...  It's nice
to have a quick eyeball guess of the magnitude of a change.

I thought somebody had done a revspec for that, something like:

 % bzr diff -r changes:foo at bar-123

(or maybe it was just discussed and not implemented)
