0.10 release process - time based release?

Well, at some point we should switch to 2.0, and I think the right time
to do that is when we are a complete replacements for baz. Right now the
only feature that we are not able to replace from baz is
tree-configurations, which our neested-trees-by-reference feature will
completely fulfil.
So for me, I'd be voting for 2.0 on the release after that arrives.
However, it might be wise to get the high performance smart server in
place first, because a major version release will get lots of attention,
and having great performance at that point would be really nice.
