Change in project name in launchpad

Hi, launchpad is bringing in a change shortly which will make the
'product' name and 'project' names be in the same namespace. Because of
this the 'bzr project' in launchpad will become 'bzr-project' rather
than just 'bzr'.

I.e. https://launchpad.net/projects/bzr ->
https://launchpad.net/projects/bzr-project

https://launchpad.net/products/bzr is unchanged.
