switch to a past revision

Well, I don't think of 'log' as something that works on the working
tree; I'd expect that to show the branch.

Having revno show both would be nice on the one hand, but on the
other, it currently shows just the revno by itself, which is
practically an invitation to write scripts using it, so it might cause
breakage.
