Question on GnuPG keys

I note that I don't seem to be able to find keyid on A0B3E88B on  
keyservers that I'm familiar with (e.g. subkeys.pgp.net, etc.).   
Also, 218D18D7 is listed as belonging to a Robert Schiele, not Martin.

Are these keyids correct?  What's the story here?
