Break up mailing list archive by months

On further consideration I've just put them all on to lists.canonical.com (but
posting to l.u.c will also work.)  It didn't seem worth asking for the
name registration, etc.

Fixed now.  The web page address is as it is because of a Mailman
limitation - the canonical (heh) name for the web pages tends to bleed
across.
