Break up mailing list archive by months

John Arbash Meinel, and lo! it spake thus:

A negative to this is that it breaks up threads that cross a month
boundary (of course, the current breaks them across a quarter, but
there're a lot fewer of those).  It makes it a little more annoying
checking on or referring to old discussions via the web.
