I like it.  Making the logo clickable is good, but I'd like the word
'Bazaar' to also be clickable.

In RecentChanges, the explanations seem too small.  Also, when editing a
page, the area for entering explanations seems too small.  Also, tip of
the day.  In general, things are a little too small for my taste.

An overline appears when you mouse over Learn, Get and Community.  Not
sure if that was intended, but I think a glow effect would probably be
better.

The mini icons used for external links, checkmarks, etc are better than
what we had previously, but there's a bit of a style mismatch between
them and the learn/get/community icons.

Also, I'd be inclined to put 'Wiki links' above 'Personal links'.

But don't let my nitpicks fool you-- this is a real breath of fresh air.
