I've written some stuff to the mailing list. Generally stuff like 400ms
for 'bzr rocks' down to 100ms, 'bzr root' from 400ms => 200ms, etc.

However, it all pales in comparison to the 'service' plugin, which can
get the times down to 50ms, and 10ms. But that isn't as practical as a
general solution.
