It hasn't moved, but it looks as though Verizon has done something to their 
web servers that is preventing 'bzr branch' and 'bzr pull' from working 
properly.  I don't have any idea whether this is a temporary glitch, or a 
permanent configuration change.  At least the tarball download link in the 
PluginRegistry still works.

I haven't had time to update bzr_difftools to keep pace with bzr.dev; I'll 
take a look at those deprecation warnings when I get a chance.
