New Windows build w/ paramiko rev358!

You can actually upload it to the wiki. I went ahead and did it for you
this time. But if you go to the "WindowsDownloads" page and use the
'More Actions:' drop down box, there is a link for Attachments.

That lets you upload any file and then attach it to the page. Then on
the download page you can add a link like:

[attachment:bzr-setup-0.8.2-2.exe bzr-setup-0.8.2-2.exe]

I went ahead and added it to the WindowsDownloads page, and created a
link for an alternate installer.

I made it an 'Alternate', and included your name, since it hasn't really
been reviewed by the core developers. As long as you attribute it to
yourself, it probably is okay to upload to the wiki. (At least, thats
what I used to do with my cygwin and Mac releases of bazaar-1.0)

Does this version of Paramiko have an official release, or is it just a
development version?
