pqm has wrong revision numbers

The current bzr.dev branch the pqm is controlling has not normalized its
revision history. So mirrors do not yield the same revision numbers.
Specifically, the pqm just committed:
revno: 1766
revision-id: pqm at pqm.ubuntu.com-20060618160241-5b3082bb8de0192a
message:
Handle multiple SFTP connections, fix 5-second delay
But if I do
$ bzr get http://bazaar-vcs.org/bzr/bzr.dev
$ cd bzr.dev
$ bzr revno
1791
I can even do:
$ bzr revno http://bazaar-vcs.org/bzr/bzr.dev
1791
I think the simple answer is just to move the pqm controlled directory
to the side, and just do a 'bzr branch old new' which should fix
revision-history.
It just would be nice to see the revnos matching.
