Well, we could argue for a user-configurable debris setting. Either in
~/.bazaar/bazaar.conf
Or as a per-tree thing. Maybe in .bzrignore.

We start getting pretty close to the Arch junk syntax, especially if we
leave it as a regex. People tend to flinch at that, so if we do make it
configurable, we probably could just leave it as a glob.
