[BUNDLE] Give a revision-id to get_revision_delta.

Sending a bundle was more then mailman would accept for this mailing
list, but an updated version of this bundle with tests is available
from http://people.samba.org/bzr/jelmer/bzr/bzr.jelmer.integration
