Well, bzr the command line client should chose reasonable options for a
command line/user interactive process.
But as a back-end you would want different options.
It has been discussed many times about possibly having a separate
program to handle the scripting desires. Or possibly an env variable or
flag. I think we have the '-q' flag, but it might be too much.
