Bzrk shared mainline now in knits format

Since Launchpad now supports knits branches, I have upgraded the bzrk
shared mainline branch to the knits format.

For the record, bzrk team member can push to that branch at:
sftp://bazaar.launchpad.net/~bzrk/bzrk/dev

The format upgrade should be propagated to the public url
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~bzrk/bzrk/dev
in at most 24 hours. Work is currently in progress to decrease this
latency to a few minutes.

You should upgrade your existing bzrk branches to knits to avoid
knits-weave conversion.
