[MERGE] Couple of simple hg fixes

Hi Robert,

Please consider merging the following fixes (as discussed on IRC
yesterday) to the mercurial plugin.

  Only use InterHgRepository when fetching from a Hg repository.
  Fix some typos.

Also mergable from http://samba.org/~jelmer/bzr/hg
