Erik's bundle describes the delta from
pqm at pqm.ubuntu.com-20060611151400-2bf5c558ffe989f7 to
erik at bagfors.nu-20060611182629-df10b9c49e54be8d, and also from
pqm at pqm.ubuntu.com-20060611151400-2bf5c558ffe989f7 to
erik at bagfors.nu-20060611182622-149f12eecd418eb3

Both of those deltas include the change to NEWS.  This behaviour has
been changed so that diffs are only shown for the first revision.  Diffs
for subsequent revisions are base64-encoded.
