How much are we supporting win98? My understanding is that there is no
unicode support (or I guess there is a separate dll you have to install,
which kind of fakes it).

This is a minor thing, so I don't mind switching to command.com. I'm
just wondering if there is anything lurking, waiting to bite us if we
claim to support Win9x.
