[PATCH] write bundle-revisions to file and preserve line-endings

Because success of merging of bundle depends on format of line-endings
of this bundle, may be it worth to add option to the 'bundle-revisions'
command to write bundles directly to specified file instead of using
redirecting of command output.

I wrote small patch.

Probably more complex solution is could be to modify bundle reader 
method to detect actual line-endings by first line of bundle file and 
then remove this line-endings from each following lines?
