Feature request: "bzr check-install"

Indeed, after looking at setup.py, it does not ;-).

Just a point in favor of "bzr check-install" : You may install bzr
without the optional packages, and decide later that, for example, you
need sftp ... Then, you don't want a setup.py, but something in bzr.
