Thank you for the information, I'll have a look at them, but I
couldn't find a download link or a bzr branch. Could you provide some
info regarding this?

I planned to start from scratch, because I'd like to create an
integrated GUI (like RapidSVN).

You can find a basic specification under
http://bazaar-vcs.org/GraphicalUserInterface I plan to update it today
to fulfill Ubuntu's requirements regarding the SoC applicants.
