[MERGE] bzr add should be less chatty about ignore rules

Well, python eggs get put into ~/.python-eggs/...

But I agree that there isn't a whole lot of places you could put them.
It might be nice, though, to have a "python --pyc-path=", or "python
--no-pyc".
