I should rephrase that.  That we can build something, that accepts
patches over emails and automatcally commits them, instead of pqm.
pqm might have more functionality and be better in many ways, but
please look at the SubmitByMail thing above.  It contains one of the
very nice things about darcs, it can be used in your .procmailrc and
you can have a publicly commitable branch that easy.

I like not having to install and configure yet another application.

But, I don't mind using pqm for it either :)
