[PATCH] quick manpage/documentation fix

Hi,

With 0.8 (I also verified that it's not fixed in 0.8.2), the man page
incorrect states that one should set their email address in
~/.bazaar/bazaar.conf/.  This isn't correct; note the trailing slash.
The conf file is a file, not a directory.

The attached patch fixes that; please apply it.
