What a fool I am!  When reinstalling everything I used the official
0.1.tar.gz package and forgot that previously I'd been using the one
from http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~bzrk/bzrk/dev .  I note that this is
not linked to on http://bazaar-vcs.org/bzrk/

What's the timeline for a new "official" release of bzrk?

... and ... any particular reason why bzr 0.8.2 decided to install
itself into /usr/local/ rather than just /usr/ as previously?
