short and long log messages

Well, this idea is _only_ interesting if it is implemented in the
current log formatter. If no one use the convention "first line is a
summary", then, having another log formatter implementing my proposal
has no added value.

What I want is a way to have everybody agree on a way to give a short
and a longer description of the log message, not just a way to do this
privately.
