No, there's no hidden shape in the file. After some experiments, I finally
discovered the problem. It's a bug in mozilla's rendering engine, they fail
to display a quadratic bezier curve if the end point has the same
coordinates as the start point.
I've attached a slightly more complex SVG file for the logo, which
circumvents the mozilla bug. I'm going to report the problem to their BTS.
