[ANN] Recent bzrk improvements

Monday was a national holiday in .fr, and I spent it giving some love
bzrk.

The official bzrk mainline is a branch hosted on Launchpad, pushing is
allowed to all members of the bzrk team (which has open membership). You
can check it out from: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~bzrk/bzrk/dev

The recent work included:

      * merge lifeless graphing and performance improvements, bzrk now
        order revisions in the same way as bzr log, restore support for
        --maxnum, and rename that option to --limit.
      * merge jaq titlebar improvements.
      * remove the --robust option, made redundant by lifeless changes.
      * significant GUI layout changes in the branch window to address
        the following problems: make parent buttons visible, make the
        pane separator visible, allow scrolling the whole bottom pane to
        make it easier to read long commit messages.
