0.8 release plans

Yeah I've been meaning to look at it but haven't had time.

It _should_ just work, but perhaps not.

Actually that's an old version, where'd you get it? The current code has
support for -p0 and -p1, as well as compatibility hacks for 0.7 + 0.8.
So I was hoping it wouldn't need any more lovin.
