Tutorial for win32 installer

I have good progress on win32 installer. Suudenly I discover that
tutorial.txt gone from bzr.dev.

If someone can suggest me what tutorial I may use to put into win32
installer then speak on! I need text (in ReStructuredText format,
please), or html file, or pdf. I dislike idea to copy-paste from wiki
because it needs to do manual clean-up and transformation wiki page. (It
breaks my fully automated process).
