fwiw, I use bzr on windows everyday. I works well enough. There is some
problem with the sftp transport (no matter what I give it, bzr says it's
"not a branch"). Other than that, dvc doesn't do the right quoting if you
have spaces in your path (which most windows users tend to have). But at
the core, bzr does what I need.
(I'm trying to switch most of my development to a coLinux instance,
though, partially because things like Django are just too painful with
Windows' poor excuse for a shell.)
