bzr selftest on cygwin

It's strange but on cygwin selftest has the same warnings in SFTP tests:

bzr: WARNING: Exception from within unit test server thread: 
<exceptions.AttributeError instance at 0x1365940>

I think: is newest paramiko break something in SFTP support?

But the worst thing that selftest hang on cygwin in test:
...st_fetch_missing_revision_same_location_fails(InterRepository)

Again locking issues?
