Bzr.dev migrating to KNITS Monday 1st May 0000UTC.

This is completed: The bzr.dev branch is now in knit format. 

http://bazaar-vcs.org/bzr/bzr.dev.as.knit has been removed.
http://bazaar-vcs.org/bzr/bzr.dev.as.weaves is the old weave format
branch and will be updated daily from cron.

We also have a new branch http://bazaar-vcs.org/bzr/bzr.0.8 which is
currently out of date (it needs new trunk code merged), but where 0.8
will be placed when it releases.

Lastly, all documentation that talks about 'reverting' after rsyncing
bzr.dev should change to be 'do an update' after rsyncing.
