[FIX][PATCH] simple fix to test subsystem

Attached patch fix minor issue in the selftest output. For some skipped 
test of format 0.0.4 in log you can see this:

...tory.TestRepository.test_format_description(RepositoryFormat4) SKIP 
   16ms
      Format %s is not initializable.
