I don't discuss the idea of representing/implementing renames as
create/delete pairs or its consistency with the _current_ bzr diff behaviour.
What I say is that if a file is renamed the bzr diff command use the new
and the old name in the diff header, so I tough that if a parent directory
is renamed, that should be show in the header also.
