[rfc] trim fileid_involved functions

There is a effloration of fileid_involved_* methods on Repository, many
of which are called only from the test case and they don't seem to add a
lot of value.

I propose to remove

  fileid_involved_between_revs
  fileid_involved

and the pointless layer 

  _fileid_involved_by_set

leaving just

  fileid_involved_by_set
  file_versions_involved
