Docs for inclusion with Bazaar-NG

Hi all

I've pulled out some of the more useful docs on the wiki and have added
them to the bzr codebase. I have done this to resolve some of the
complaints from the OpenSolaris guys that bazaar-ng does not have
sufficient documentation.

 * I have added sections on conflicts and checkouts in tutorial.txt.

 * I coverted the docs from wiki format to reSt format. They all render
   into html just fine but one or two of them have problems when going
   through a latex exporter. 

The branch is available at http://jblack.linuxguru.net/~jblack/bzr.docs
and is about 40K in new files.
