[ANNOUNCE] Updated shelf plugin

Heya,

I've got an updated version of the shelf plugin more or less ready to roll, 
get it while it's hot:

I think most people are using the version in bzrtools, which is kinda old, so 
there's probably a few incompatible changes and so on - let me know what I've 
screwed up :)

New stuff:
 - Multiple shelves, each of which can store multiple patches.
 - Clearer UI for choosing hunks.
 - List patches on your shelf, including any message saved with each patch.
 - Delete patches from the shelf.
 - Show the content of a patch on the shelf.
 - Much better error handling for unshelve, as well as backups.
 - Mmm, other stuff perhaps.
