[RFC][PATCH] sftp transport whithout sftp subsystem configured

in stead of sftp://[youroption=yourvalue]user@serve/path
I think a more standard one could be used like:
sftp://user@serve/path?youroption1=yourvalue1&youroption2=yourvalue2
