Hi all,

The performance characteristics of bzr have changed quite a bit.  It is
now quite a bit slower to get a single revision.  However, if you lock
your repository, things will be much faster.

Here is a patch that fixes bzrk so it's back to its normal speed.

No, I don't have a public branch for this.  I figure there are enough
bzrk branches already.
