bound branches questions

Merging up bound branches to HEAD... the following questions are in the
code:

should 'pull --overwrite overwrite the master branch' ?
I think the answer is yes. Otherwise we get into special case
description. 'Bound branches work as though they are the master except
for ...'.

Thats about it really, I'm working on the --local facility now.
