[RFC] New name for 'repositories' - 'baskets'

Except that they are NOT repositories. Or rather, they are special kind of
repositories. Repository is where revision data are stored (I think that's
the most common definition of that term people will come with). And
'repository'(user-level) is something slightly different -- it is
a collection of branches sharing the 'repository'(code-level) (=
'repository'(per above definition)).
