Properties and format upgrade questions.

Hello All,

I started hacking on the versioned properties stuff
(http://bazaar-vcs.org/VersionedProperties). I have finaly decided to attach
it to inventory, since that avoids duplicating most of the logic. It means
merging will be tree-way, but that's what is done for inventory itself
anyway.

That means I have modified the inventory format and therefore had to create
a new serializer. And I'd like to ask what I need to do to create new format
of repository and working tree, that will use the new serializer. I should
not need any other format changes besides this.
